We’ve had an incredible year filled with significant achievements for our union members. Together, we secured 13% raises despite an $800 million city budget deficit, maintained essential benefits like healthcare, and demonstrated our strength and unity by bringing over 300 members to a massive picket line at 170 Otis. This action was a powerful stand in our fight for a fair union contract and a message to the mayor that we are united and determined.

As we look ahead to the challenges of the new year, it’s essential to come together, reflect on our accomplishments, and prepare for what’s to come. Let’s start the year with a celebration of our wins and a renewed commitment to tackling the important work that lies ahead.
