For members: Please call the SEIU 1021 Member Resource Center (MRC) to speak one-on-one with a member of the SEIU 1021 staff who can assist you with your questions. The MRC is available to Local 1021 members from Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. @ 1-877-687-1021.

Text Message Terms and Conditions

We will be using SMS as means of communicating with our union members whom we represent as the legal agent of representation before their employer.  You can expect occasional broadcasts of organization-wide announcement that impact all members, and replies to inbound messages from members who have signed up for our union.

Help with Text Messages

SEIU Local 1021 may text you in several ways.

1. Person-to-person: your union rep or a volunteer may send you text messages individually.

2. Chapter or area group texts: the local may send occasional alerts to chapters or specific areas to let our members know about important news or actions.

3. Localwide group messages: if you want to stay informed about what the local is doing as a whole, please text GO1021! We will send you updates roughly once a week to let you know what’s going on across our jurisdictions.
