Whether you’re heading into bargaining, organizing for change, or want to understand your employer’s budget constraints, understanding some basic math formulas and principles is key. Through a group discussion and series of exercises, this workshop will provide tools to cost out wage and health care proposals and to think strategically about how to use that data.  By doing the math together, we’ll come to a greater understanding of what our contract demands should be and be better equipped to converse with our coworkers around our priorities.
