Contract Highlights:

Contract term: three years, retroactive to March 1, 2022 through February 2025

Wages: 10% wage increase, effective November 16, 2022 and a bonus equal to a 10% increase for all hours worked during that period covering March 1 to November 15, plus a wages-only contract negotiation for the third year (to be scheduled)

Many improvements to our contract including new contract language around:

mutual respect

mileage reimbursements,

removing outdated disciplinary actions,

flex time,

sexual harassment protections,

mental health time,

PPE,

bilingual compensation and

emergency-call language
