  • Four-year contract, from December 1, 2023 to October 31, 2027
  • Wages and benefits:
    • December 1, 2023: 8% raise
    • January, 2024: $750 bonus
    • June, 2024: $750 bonus
    • July 1, 2024: 2% raise
    • July 1, 2025: 2% raise
    • July 1, 2026: 2% raise
    • July 1, 2027: 2% raise
    • 8th and 9th salary steps added
    • Employer contribution to dependent medical coverage for +1 increased from $300 to $500, and for +2 or more increased from $550 to $750
    • Bilingual and trilingual stipends increased
  • Time off
    • Juneteenth and New Year’s Eve are now permanent holidays
    • Vacation max increased to 320 hours (from 280)
    • Vacation buyout now available four times per year (first pay periods of March, June, September and December)
    • Increased leave of absence and PBL
  • Working conditions
    • Improved Work from Home / Telecommuting contract language
    • Split schedule contract language
