“It is very important to build on our current momentum to negotiate even better terms in our next contract. I recommend that members continue to purple up and that we continue to engage together in unity breaks and informational meetings throughout the upcoming year. I also encourage all of us to continue to turn out to the VMRC board meetings.”
The tentative agreement will need to go to the VMRC Board for ratification as well. The next VMRC board meeting is Dec. 11 at 6 p.m. in the Cohen Board Room at the Stockton office. The Agenda for the Board Meeting has yet to be posted. The link to participate virtually can be found here: https://www.vmrc.net/board-meetings/
