Despite the hardships we’ve endured during the pandemic, we’ve experienced many significant union wins here at SEIU 1021.

If you work in the East Bay, please join your union siblings for a unity party on Thurs., Dec. 15, from 5:30 – 9:30 PM, at Oakland Asian Cultural Center, 388 9th St., Suite 290, Oakland.

We will have a buffet dinner 5:30-7:00 PM, and our party with prizes, awards, special guests, and a DJ will be from 7:00-9:30 PM.

This event is for East Bay SEIU 1021 members only, and you may bring one guest. 

We’re also encouraging members to bring a donation of (brand new, unwrapped) toys valued over $20.00 for our SEIU 1021 holiday toy drive!

Getting to the event:

• Taking public transit is encouraged! The Oakland Asian Cultural Center is accessible from 12th Street BART station.
• Parking available at the Oakland Asian Cultural Center:
  • There is an underground parking garage (the “Pacific Renaissance Plaza”) directly below the Oakland Asian Cultural Center. Entrances to the garage are on 9th and Franklin St and 11th and Webster St. Take the garage elevator to the 2nd floor. OACC is the first suite on the left.
  • Franklin 88 Parking Garage on Franklin Street between 9th and 10th Street across the street from Pacific Renaissance
