Your elected Bargaining Team met with management late into the nights of June 17 and 20. Some progress is being made, but management continues to ignore information requests about safety and staffing and still hasn’t gotten serious about fixing short staffing to ensure safe patient care.

We have two sessions left (Monday the 24th and Wednesday the 26th), and we intend to have a tentative agreement after these sessions

If we do not have an agreement by that time, the Bargaining Team will explore all options, including announcing a strike. Purple up to remind management we voted 99.5% to strike!
